While They Play They Learn
About the Books
The Ask How, Know How series provides young readers with a step -by-step process of how different things are made. This series was created with detailed and colorful illustrations to help young children understand concepts through visualization. Ask How, Know How will help your children or students increase their lexicon and ability to sequence.
About the AUTHORS
Irina Eliav and Bella Benjamin are sisters sharing a dream to nourish young minds. Both educators spent most of their careers working with children with autism and other language impairments. They love teaching and enjoy reading books. Being mothers themselves, the authors often faced questions from their own children that led them to put together the Ask How, Know How book series. These books have beautiful illustrations and simple, yet precise, explanations of how things are made.

Our activity
Chat & Play
Chat & Play is designed to make reading a playful, hands-on experience through the world of Literature and Design. We focus on making the process of storytelling dynamic by integrating hands-on art and craft activities such as bookbinding, illustration, and personalized story creation.
More Details
Whether it’s crafting their own books, illustrating characters, or simply exploring their imaginations, kids are free to express themselves and have fun without the constraints of traditional activities. With a focus on enjoyment and personal expression, Chat & Play allows children to immerse themselves in storytelling in a relaxed, pressure-free environment. The freedom to create at their own pace helps them enjoy the process, from designing covers to stitching pages together. This program isn’t about rules or structure—it’s about letting kids explore their creative side, get messy with ideas, and discover the joy of building something uniquely their own.
